Do you want to access your Yahoo mail from Vista's Windows Mail
program?

Won't work. Those settings are for Australia. The OP is in the US.

For the US settings, note that you either have to pay Yahoo extra
or have YPOPs.

For a partial test, send email to yourself. If it doesn't arrive, that part
isn't working.
You might check if the space bar on your keyboard is working
properly, though.

This isn't email, it's a newsgroup. Messages to it are directed to
anyone who logs on to the newsgroup, not just you.
